Her First Flow: A Gentle Introduction to Menstruation
Supporting Young Girls Through Their First Period – With Knowledge, Confidence, and Care

Our Heartfelt Class
First Flow is a heartfelt and empowering class designed for young girls who are approaching or have recently started their menstrual cycle. Created to honor the transition into womanhood, this class provides a safe, open, and shame-free space for girls—and their mothers or caregivers—to learn, ask questions, and connect.
We believe that the first period should be met with understanding, celebration, and empowerment—not confusion or embarrassment. Through age-appropriate education and open dialogue, we help young girls feel prepared, confident, and proud of this natural milestone.

Why It Matters:
For many, the first period experience sets the tone for how we view our bodies for years to come. First Flow is about rewriting that story—replacing fear and shame with pride and trust. We offer tools, language, and support to help girls walk into womanhood feeling held, heard, and whole.
